Fresh Cream Cakes

Thunders Bakery Fresh Cream cakes come in a range of flavours and sizes.  Our black forest gateau is a chocolate sponge cake with layers of fresh cream and black cherry between the layers.  We finish this cake with freshly whipped cream and piped black cherry coulis

Our strawberry gateau is a white sponge cake with strawberry fruit filling between the layers.  We finish this cake with freshly whipped cream and strawberries with cake crumb on the sides.

Our mixed fruit gateau is a white sponge cake with fruit cocktail and fresh cream between the layers.  We finish this cake with freshly whipped cream and freshly cut fruit.

Thunders bakery fresh cream cakes come in a log, 7” and 10” round which can be pre-ordered or bought over the counter.  The 10” round and larger square cakes (from 12”) are also available to order online for delivery and collection from any of our bakery’s in Dublin.
